At RandCards, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form inside.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
